Growing up watching his father a Respiratory physician coming home and dictating reports until 10pm helped to drive Joel to solve this problem and give peace of mind back to Doctors.

Andrew's 20+ years of software development expertise helps to propel Medow AI to the forefront of technology leadership in the industry. He was the founding CTO of an Australian gaming startup (acquired by a publicly listed US corporation), and has since  led transformative projects for giants like Telstra, Allianz, and NAB through his digital agency. His commitment to innovation now shape Medow Health’s technological roadmap, driving the company's AI-powered solutions to revolutionise healthcare. Andrew oversees a team of software engineers and AI specialists, ensuring our technology leadership and decision making remains unmatched.

Joshua brings a wealth of business development expertise to Medow Health, having been an early sales hire at a cybersecurity company that went on to be acquired for $500M in September 2023. Rising to Director of Sales for Europe, Joshua managed sales reps and implemented processes that helped the company scale sustainably. At Medow Health, Joshua leverages this experience to spearhead market expansion while ensuring our business and product is meeting the needs and expectation of our partners in the healthcare industry. Lastly, leveraging his cyber security background, Joshua brings a deep empathy for the importance of data privacy and security.
